MUMBAI – SINGAPORE – BRISBANE (FLIGHT)

  • Assemble at Mumbai’s T2 terminal in the morning to board our flight for Brisbane via Singapore.
  • Fresh breakfast will be served at the airport compliments only of Travel Ties.
  • On arrival in Singapore, proceed to board connecting flight.

ARRIVE BRISBANE – GOLD COAST (8O KM- 1 HR Drive)

Welcome to Australia – the Land of Kangaroos!!!

  • On arrival in Brisbane, after clearing customs formalities, we shall proceed to board the coach for Goldcoast which is an Hour Drive (80kms) apprx.
  • On arrival we shall proceed to enjoy 30 mins Jet Boating from surfers’ paradise.
  • Later we shall proceed to enjoy early lunch and it shall be served in an Indian Restaurant.
  • Later we shall to check in Hotel Mantra Legends or similar.
  • Rest of the day is free for leisure to enjoy optional activities and the beach life of Gold Coast.
  • Enjoy dinner in an Indian restaurant and spend overnight at the hotel.

GOLD COAST

  • Post breakfast, we proceed to the spectacular theme park the Sea World. This Theme Park has entertainment in Store for everyone. There is large variety of Marine Life Shows, of are recommended is Polar Bear Shores, Ray reef, Penguin Encounter, Jet Rescue, Storm Coaster, Jet Stunt Extreme, SpongeBob Show etc. Lunch shall be served in the theme.
  • Enjoy 5-7 mins Helicopter ride at Sea world.
  • Evening return to hotel and enjoy free time to shop or for optional activities.
  • Relish your dinner in an Indian restaurant and spend overnight at the hotel

GOLD COAST

  • After an American breakfast at the hotel, we proceed to Warner Brothers Movie World where movie magic happens every Day. These include BatmanAustin PowersMarilyn MonroeScooby Doo, The Mystery Inc. Gang and various Looney Tunes Minor street shows including skits and singing performances are also present. The All-Star Parade showcases costumed characters alongside vehicles and movie-themed floats. Lunch shall be served in the theme park Fancy buffet menu.
  • Evening return to hotel and enjoy free time to shop or for optional activities.
  • Relish your dinner in an Indian restaurant and spend overnight at the hotel

GOLD COAST

  • Enjoy an American breakfast at the hotel this morning and then proceed to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuaryis a heritage-listed zoological garden. It was built in 1947 onwards. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 18 September 2009. The sanctuary now houses one of the largest collections of Australian native species in the world. Exhibits include Tasmanian devils, a reptile house and in December 2017 the sanctuary opened their new exotics precinct Lost Valley which is home to lemurs, red pandas, capybara, cotton-top tamarins, tree kangaroos and one of largest walk-through aviary in the Southern Hemisphere with free flying birds.
  • Lunch shall be served in the theme park buffet menu.
  • Evening return to hotel and enjoy free time to shop or for optional activities.
  • Relish your dinner in an Indian restaurant and spend overnight at the hotel.

GOLDCOAST – BRISBANE – CAIRNS

  • After picking up our boxed breakfast, we check out and proceed to Brisbane board our flight. (Please note luggage trolleys are chargeable at domestic airport)
  • Upon arrival, as we board the coach, transfer to have lunch in a local Restaurant.
  • Post Lunch, we proceed to the Scenic Sky Rail for Kuranda, it is surrounded by tropical rainforest and adjacent to the Wet Tropics World Heritage listed Barron Gorge National Park.On the way we make a stop to see Carvonica Lakes. Check-in the in Hotel Double Tree by Hilton or similar.
  • Enjoy dinner in an Indian restaurant and spend overnight at the hotel.

CAIRNS

  • After having light breakfast, we proceed for Big Cat Green Island Cruise’s Half Day tour. (High Speed Catamaran to Reef). Big Cat Green Island Reef Cruises offers snorkel, dive, and swim in the clear island waters, view the spectacular reef on a coral viewing tour, explore Green Island National Park or just relax on the sandy beach. Enjoy Semi submarine and glass bottom boat rides. Buffet Lunch will be served on board prepared by our own chef.
  • Later in mid-afternoon we return to Cairns. Enjoy rest of the day for leisure.
  • Enjoy dinner in an Indian restaurant and spend overnight at the hotel.

CAIRNS – SYDNEY

  • After having breakfast, we proceed to airport to board our flight to (Please note luggage trolleys are chargeable at domestic airport)
  • On arrival, we proceed for the famous Sydney Opera House Inside – 1 Hour Guided Tour. Enjoy lunch in an Indian Restaurant.
  • Check in Hotel Mercure Sydney or similar.
  • Enjoy dinner in an Indian restaurant and spend overnight at the hotel.

SYDNEY

  • After having American breakfast, we proceed for 4-hour sightseeing to see the Sydney Sea Life Aquarium, Madam Tussauds & Sydney Tower with 4D Experience OZ Trek.
  • Later
  • Enjoy Picnic Lunch. The rest of the Day is free for shopping or exploring the Darling Harbour area. You may also enjoy Optional Sky Diving on this day.
  • Enjoy dinner in an Indian restaurant and spend overnight at the hotel.

SYDNEY – MELBOURNE (By Flight – 1.30 Hr)

  • After having breakfast, we proceed for airport to board flight for Melbourne. (Please note luggage trolleys are chargeable at domestic airport).
  • On arrival proceed from Airport to Half day Melbourne City tour which includes, Flinders Street Station, Captain Cooks Cottage and other remarkable places of Melbourne and its sporting arena’s. Visit Eureka Skydeck to get a spectacular view of Melbourne. Enjoy lunch in an Indian Restaurant.
  • Enjoy dinner and spend overnight at the Hotel Batman on Collins.

MELBOURNE

  • After having breakfast, we proceed to visit the most famous and scenic, beautiful drive of Australia called the Great Ocean Road to see The Twelve Apostles
  • Enjoy Picnic lunch. You may also enjoy Optional Helicopter Ride on this day.
  • Enjoy dinner and spend overnight at the hotel.

MELBOURNE

  • After Breakfast we proceed for Guided tour the world famous (MCG) Melbourne Cricket Ground Guided Tour. Enjoy and experience the craziness of this massive stadium. Feel what the cricket lovers feel and dream to play at. Post tour enjoy Picnic lunch.
  • Proceed for a half day Puffing Billy Train Ride – a vintage train ride for the family.
  • Hop on the train and enjoy a scenic ride from Belgrave to Menzies Creek.
  • Enjoy dinner and spend overnight at the hotel.

MELBOURNE – SINGAPORE – MUMBAI

  • After breakfast at hotel, proceed for Melbourne International Airport check in for your flight boarding to Mumbai VIA Singapore.

TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  1. Laundry, Mini Bar, Paid TV and Mineral Water or any Local Telephone Charges.
  2. Mandatory GST 5% and TCS 5% will be applicable on the tour cost.
  3. All Items of Personal Nature, Food & Drinks any other item not mentioned in the Itinerary.
  4. INR 11,000 shall be charged per person, in case, of reapplying for the visas.
  5. Purchase of BTQ & Excess Baggage Charges shall be borne by the passenger themselves.
  6. Optional Activities apart from those mentioned within the itinerary needs to be paid direct.

 

BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS

Payments shall be favouring Travel Ties as per below:

  1. Deposit amount paid shall be Non-Refundable.
  2. Cheque shall be drawn on the Name of “TRAVELTIES”
  3. Passport copies need to be submitted at the time of booking.
  4. Forex portion to be paid 35 days prior to the date of departure.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

90 Days Prior Departure 10% of the Tour Cost

60 Days Prior Departure 25% of the Tour Cost

45 Days Prior Departure 50% of the Tour Cost

30 Days Prior Departure 100% of the Tour Cost

  • There will be Luggage Handling facility throughout the tour in Motor Coach and Hotels except at the airport where the passengers must handle their own luggage on Trolley. Domestically trolleys are chargeable and not free of cost.
  • Australia is majorly cash free and widely accepts credit / debit cards. Please ensure to hold an international working Credit / Debit card for local purchases shopping. Cash will be mainly accepted at optional activities sites.
  • Everyday morning American breakfast along with our Indian breakfast consisting of 1-2 hot items along with Khakhras, Masala Tea, Masala Milk and Sukha Nasta will be served (subject to hotels permission). Lunch will be consisting of salad, pickles, Mithai, Parathas / Puri, 2-3 Vegetables, Daal / Curd / Kadhi, Rice / Biryani, Soft Drinks / Chaas or even Pizza and Pasta Menu & will be served in picnic areas. Dinners we shall enjoy in Indian Restaurant cooked by our own Indian Chef.
  • Passengers having excess baggage apart from allowed baggage limit, in check-in baggage, are liable to pay excess baggage charge directly to the airport & airline authorities.
  • The temperature in Australia ranges from 13 to 18 Degrees. One warm jacket is recommended to be carried.
  • All Passengers will have to Carry One Kitchen Bag per person. For our Kitchen from Mumbai International Airport and on Arrival at The Final Destination Airport They Will Have to Remove It from The Baggage Claim Area and get it to the Coach.
  • Tap water is Safe in Australia and you are hence, requested to carry empty bottles for water consumption during the day apart from provided during meals.
  • All the travelers must clear all their respective payments 25 Days prior to their tour departure failing to which company has the right to cancel their booking without any notice.
  • Any items/things used by individuals in their respective rooms like Drinks, Snacks, Beverages, Television channels, over flow of water from the bathroom, any room damage etc. will be billed to their rooms & will have to pay before check out.
  • Any service from hotels, airlines, visas, coach, cruise etc. is not a responsibility of Travel Ties, hotels/airlines may change due to availability and alternate similar service will be provided. In case if visas refused once by the respective embassy or consulate, re-application fees & charges must be paid by the clients.
  • For/if any cancelations of the tour once booked, clients are requested to send the same in writing with a purpose of canceling the tours. Credit note will be issued from the date of tour cancel valid for 01 year which can be utilized against any of our international tours.
  • TRAVELTIES Is Not Responsible for Delay or Deficiency in Service by Inbound Agency, Airline, Transport, Hotel and Provider of Service, or any Act or Action of CO-TRAVELLER, CO-PAX which may Result in not Availing any Service on Tour.
  • For Optional Activities: If Weather does not permit then TRAVELTIES will not be Responsible. In case you wish to do any Optional Activities, our Coach Will not be Available. Our Tour Manager will help you to arrange the Transport for the Optional Activity Place. (WITH EXTRA OPTIONAL COST).
